I want to thank you for your plaques.  I bought three to give to graduating seniors in my family this year.  They all were thrilled with the thought, but one in particular made me feel extra special.  His (That's right, it was a male teen-ager!) mother called and said he treated the plaque as if he was given gold.  She said he told her he was deeply touched, and it meant so much to him that he emailed a copy to some of his friends to show them how proud he made his family by graduating.  Thanks for putting me in the spot light as I attempted to put others in the spot light.

I purchased a framed poem from you for my son to give to his Nana on Grandparents Day.  The veres were nice  but what really impressed me was when you asked me to spell the heading as I wanted it to appear, I spelled it with wrong letters and you corrected it for me the next day.  Great service.
